Great rooms, very clean and well maintained. The location is good, next to Union Station, the creek and a lot of shopping and dining

Room M24 is above a shop with laud music. No way to rest until 5-6am. I asked the management to help with the noise but I guess they didn't care much if I was able to sleep or not. Disappointing and highly unprofessional.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have a great experience. I arrived around 12:00 and went for lunch since I knew it was before the check-in time, but when I came back my room was already ready, which was really convenient and appreciated.The hotel consistently offers good value for money, and that’s why I keep coming back. I’m always satisfied with the service and overall stay. Highly recommended!

I liked the food was great, thanks a lot to the chef.Also the location was good . The staff were welcoming.

The smell of the floor was too bad. And the cleanliness of the room could been better specially under the tables and under the mattress. Also the trash bin too small in a big room or could have put two trash bins. It was some construction under the window room at 12:00 am and that was hard specially when you have kids sleeping.

I love the location so much near from every thing you want and more The staff were cooperative and upgraded my room upon arrival . Clean , good value for money in the Christmas season

staff should be trained, they are not welcoming and with no empathy for all ages at all. It is like they don't even want to speak to customers. The room's very old toilet needs refurbishment.

Cleaning staff was nice but did not reflect on the work. Night time reception man was terrible. No attention at all. I left my bags asking to leave in my room and they lost it. Stayed with my number so when they find but never got any feedback.

I fined cockroach in the room in addition it was very strange smell Called the reception and he told me it 3 star hotel with no reaction There was leakage no response The shower is not stable no response

The ambiance was good. Location is very good & based on peak season price was good too

Roof top room is so dirty & old. But 2nd floor was very good .

Location

There was construction or renovations which were extremely loud. I had not slept throughout the night due to my flight and went to sleep around 1pm when i checked in.I woke up less than 2 hours later on the loud noise of drilling and hammering. I complained to the hotel staff at least 3 times, but the drilling continued until 7:30pm. Due to my extremely bad experience with them I requested to cut my stay at the hotel to stay somewhere else where they could sleep.The hotel manafement refused clinging to the fact that my booking was non-refundable! They tried to convince me to have my room changed which I refused as the noise was so loud it would surely reach the other rooms as well and due to the bad expereince I no longer wanted to stay at the hotel. After many discussions they said they would cancel my booking if I agreed to pay two nights instead of one. Thankfully booking.com intervened and solved the problem. This was not my first stay at this hotel but is surely my last. Very unprofessional attitude from the staff, which is not acceptable in any way.

Staff specially the reception and room cleaning staff.Location and it proximity to metro station.Room was with the balcony, which was great.

There were small Cockroaches in the room. The breakfast buffet was very low in standard. I won’t recommend to anyone.
